AATS is a private car service that provides transportation to and from Steamboat Springs and the local airports. AATS operates three SUV style vehicles but has limited capacity. We schedule our airport rides in two hour increments allowing for flexibility with flight schedules. However, there are a lot of variables when working in the travel industry. Therefore, if your flight is more than 30 minutes behind schedule, your scheduled ride time is not guaranteed but your ride is. We will absolutely get you to the resort and will do everything within our power to get you there as soon as possible.
A ride is not scheduled until payment is received in full.
If you cancel your ride more than 30 days in advance of a scheduled ride, a full refund will be given. If you cancel within 30 days of the scheduled ride, half of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled ride, no refund will be given. By reserving one of our vehicles and canceling within 48 hours of your scheduled ride, you have eliminated the possibility of booking other rides in that vehicle and with that driver. No refund will be given.
If for any reason AATS has to cancel a ride, a full refund will be given.
AATS reserves the right to refuse service.
All scheduled riders should be on the same flight. We cannot wait for partial groups when one of the flights is delayed.
All incoming airport rides should be scheduled at least 30 minutes after your arrival time. All outgoing airport rides should be scheduled 2 hours before your departure time.
